Oil Jacket Heating Tanks Keep thick and heat-sensitive products at the perfect temperature for mixing and filling. Our oil-jacketed heating tanks use a thermal oil jacket around the vessel to heat your product gently and evenly. There are no hot spots and no scorching, and the product doesn’t come into direct contact with the heating element.

They’re ideal for products that need to stay fluid to flow properly into your filling line, such as creams, balms, waxes, honey, sauces, gels and ointments.
