Machine Features
The Fully Automatic Liquid and Paste Doypack/ Pouch Filling & Sealing Machine is designed for efficient automatic filling and packing of premade pouches. It features a touchscreen control system, liquid pump, double bag feeding system and finished-product discharge.
Available models include 85s, 110s, 150s, 200s, 350s and 450s, offering double, triple or quadruple output depending on the model. Production speeds range from 30 to 140 bags per minute, with bag widths from approximately 50–200 mm and lengths from 100–300 mm.
The machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel and operates on a standard 380V three-phase, 50/60Hz power supply. Depending on the model, motor power ranges from 5–6 kW, with machine weights from 600–1000 kg.
It is suitable for a variety of premade pouch formats, including flat pouches, stand-up pouches, irregular-shaped pouches, three- and four-side sealed pouches, hang-up bags, paper pouches and hand-hold pouches.
